One residential furnace or heat pump: thermostat, filter, and operation checks; cleaning of the accessible cabinet and blower area, plus applicable coil and drain cleaning; equipment-specific electrical and safety checks; and a photo-supported, plain-language findings report. Furnaces include ignition and visible venting checks. Heat pumps include outdoor unit and auxiliary heat checks.
Parts, repairs, refrigerant, component removal, and deeper cleaning are quoted separately and done only with your approval. Boilers are not included in this offer.
